I too had a difficult choice choosing the sport or the pro. Ultimately I went with the sport and as others have said it is solid. Assembly was easy and I would think it would not be challenging for those less experienced. I bought the risers to raise it off the ground and I highly suggest others opt for this affordable option. Customer support is great. In the end I did not want to be one of those people who took this seriously enough to move from a desk and office chair to a rig, but this was something I should have done on day one.

I have been using RCP Cockpit Sport and NRG Racing Seat for about 6 months now, and it's been nothing but positives. The ordering process, installation, and all the simracing hours since have been a great experience. Definitely would recommend. Used with a CSL DD and CSL Load Cell Pedals.

I was between the Pro and the sport because I really did not want to end up spending money on something that wasn't going to be solid. For context, I have a Fanatec csl DD with the rock solid mounts and I play dirt 2.0 and bdr series on beam.ng (offroad trophy truck racing) and my old rig would rattle very very badly. I ended up getting the sport because of the reviews and I can confirm, it does not move at all!! I was blown away even the shifter mount just having 2 points of contact and it is holding my handbrake and it still is extremely solid! Also, the black stitch seat is extremely comfortable and looks way better in person! I am 6'3" 220 lbs and it is a little tight on my ribs but that is pretty much standard on all seats for me. All in all this is a fantastic product and I couldn't say enough great things about it and it's awesome to support a company that is so close to home. The customer service is top notch as well and very helpful and responds very fast!

I am glad I purchased the Sport Bundle package because it was the perfect price and setup for a "weekend warrior" sim racer. The package shipped fast and came in minimal shipments with my only complaint being the minor scratches here and there on the aluminum rails. Other than that, the instructions were great and build time will last as long as you want it to. If you are worried about the black finish rubbing off, I suggest you go for the raw finish if it is available. I ordered a black Prisma seat that was unfortunately unavailable but they let me know quickly about the availability and gave me additional seat options, I decided to stick with the Prisma but go with the burgundy color instead, and I am glad I did. Once complete it was rock solid and fit my needs perfectly. I also purchased a monitor mount and it is a perfect pairing with the rig. All in all no complaints and I did not mind the lack of red striping and logo. If you're in the market I would recommended RCPs products on their affordability and quality.
