Sim Risers / Vibration Plates
Besides helping the rig look badass... These awesome mounts: 1) Significantly enhance FFB / bass shaker vibrations by keeping more of the vibrations in the frame instead of transferring them into the floor.
2) Allow for maximum pedal plate adjustability.
3) Protect your floor from scratches, make it easier to get in and out, and easier to move (we include carpet / wood floor sliders to make your life easy).
Rig si very sturdy and customizable. There’s absolutely no flex anywhere as far as I can tell. It’s easy to set everything up, he included many bolts and nuts (including the ones needed for accessories which is nice). The black marker to cover up any scratches and the furniture sliders are nice touches.
I like that it doesn’t have any logos or red lines printed on as I prefer the all black look, but I understand not everyone will like that as the pictures on the website do show those things.
Only downside I can see is that it doesn’t include small rubber feet, but I added caster wheels to mine which is 100% the way to go.
Emails were answered within a day so customer support gets an A. Overall I’d definitely recommend it.
I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I changed my mind multiple times through the ordering process and Eric was just a text away to help with any questions. If you are on the fence, reach out and speak with an actual person from this company!
I'm extremely pleased with this cockpit. It's VERY solid. Absolutely nothing moves which is what I was going for. Along with that, everything is customizable to fit your style.
Customer service was great when I had a couple questions.
If there were any areas for improvement, it would be when there are multiple shipments going out, that's there is better communication of where things are at in the process. For example, what shipment it is (1 of 3, 2 of 3, ect), and what's coming and what's still outstanding. I'd have boxes arrive not knowing what all was included, and/or what I had left to come. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Super hyped to have received my racing cockpit ! The team was right about the turn around time for it showing up in the mail. The online instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. Once I had all the parts together I was able to get up and running in a few hours. The only reason I scored it 4 out of 5 is just due to the pictures they showed online for the different cockpits offered. The sport model which I ordered does not come with seat risers even though the picture shows that model with them on. In there defense once you go through the ordering process if does clarify what you do and do not get but I personally would have liked to have seen exactly what is and is not included at a quick glance. Also like mentioned by another customer you don’t get that red stripe with the logo that is displayed on the side of the frame. Minor complaints at the end of the day that can be quickly solved I’m sure.
First rig, so not much to compare it to, but is rock solid and has zero flex with my GT DD pro (8nm) the comfort seat is decent, but a wider one would be recommended if you are a bigger build. The lumbar support is pretty pronounced and was uncomfortable at first, but now I'm getting used to it, my back actually feels better even outside of the sim.
Build was pretty smooth- the frame arrived first with the GT risers, so I built all that in advance of the seat, pedal mount and steering mounts, then just added the seat and wheelbase/pedals once those parts came in. Was 3 deliveries total, still waiting on the sim risers, but I'm glad they shipped the available parts first so I could get to racing. Only thing negative is my frame doesn't have the logo or the red stripes, it's just flat black all over.
Overall, I feel I made the right decision after wondering if I should have gone with the pro version. I'm putting in about 12-15 hours a week, and having way more success and fun in online racing. I added the monitor stand, and that too is solid. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a good mid-level rig, and not sure I'd ever need the pro rig, as everything I have mounted is absolutely rock solid, including the fanatec shifter and load cell brake.
